I was having a little chat on the discord server with this "user" or "staff member" whichever you prefer to use. After a little while he starts being aggressive towards me and starts disrespecting me by as a example, telling me and i quote "Shut the fuck up" then when i tell him "disrespect towards a user as a mod?, nice" he justifys it with me "you're still laughing and i dont get it" I then proceed to tell him exactly why he is wrong and he continues being in denial and keep saying he is in the right when i clearly stated a proper point to why hes wrong to which he can't even give a valid point to why he isnt in the wrong. Went a little like this: Me: If you worked in a store, wrote stfu on a piece of paper handed it to a customer and they open it and complain to your manager and you told them "its their choice to open/take the paper" you would get fired on the spot Mattie: Well this is something else Me: no its EXACTLY the same Mattie: Nope, also who would do that Me: ur in a STAFF position, and im a "Customer" so to speak, so its legit exactly the same After that all he goes about is "Do i work in a store?" which is completely irrelevant to my point. After a while of arguing i then see he has removed the part where he tells me to and i quote "shut the fuck up" which clearly proves my point that what he did was wrong when he remove the evidence like that, luckily i took screenshots of it which will be posted alongside all this + screenshots of the relevant parts of this encounter which can all be found here https://imgur.com/a/ay2UAGm I'd like to see action taken against this person in the form of termination of his staff role (which ofcourse is up to management, just giving my request) as in my eyes he is clearly not suited to be staff of any kind with a attitude like that.
